Capital values in the commercial office space went up by 1.9 per cent to $5,367/sqm in March 2024. Net face rents rose by 10.2 per cent to $269/sqm. Net rental yields stayed at 5.1 per cent over the month.
Capital values for the industrial sector remained at $3,200/sqm and net face rents rose by 0.1 per cent to $120/sqm. Net rental yields increased by 0.2 percentage points to 4.2 per cent in March 2024.
Capital values for the retail spaces fell by 11.0 per cent to $5,938/sqm and net face rents decreased by 2.1 per cent to $284/sqm. Net rental yields were up by 0.1 percentage points to 5.1 per cent over the month.
