Searching
BuyersHUB will save your valuable time by doing everything you need to find your dream property.
This includes current on market and off market properties.
Assessing
Our extensive due diligence includes a detailed property and price analysis report, which will enable you to establish what a property is worth prior to starting the negotiation process. For investments we identify all aspects of the property, including renovation and subdivision potential, suburbs timing and prices. We can also organize building and pest inspections and a review of the contract and Section 32 by your solicitor or legal representative.
Negotiation
We provide a clear view on the full buying process, including auction purchases, which identifies and plans for specific scenarios, including buying at auction, before auction and after auction, as well as managing and negotiating off-market, private and Expression of Interest campaigns.
Secure
When your offer has been accepted and we have successfully secured the property, we will liaise with all relevant parties (solicitor, lender/financier, building, pest and strata inspector) to ensure a smooth process to unconditional exchange.
Settlement
We maintain contact with you until your settlement is complete. This includes liaising with relevant parties to prepare for settlement and attending a pre-settlement inspection with you or on your behalf to ensure the property is in the same condition as it was when we initially inspected it.
